Frequently Asked Questions

How long does the branding process typically take?

We usually deliver the first presentation with two branding directions within 2–3 weeks. The full branding sprint typically takes around 4 weeks, starting once we’ve received the deposit and your completed brief (and any needed materials). Timing depends mostly on how quickly feedback is shared. If feedback is delayed, the timeline can shift accordingly.

WHAT IF I DON’t LIKE THE BRANDING CONCEPTS YOU SEND ME?

It’s rare, but if it happens, we don’t “push through” blindly. We’ll jump on a quick alignment call, revisit the brief, and clarify what’s missing (references, positioning, what to keep, what to avoid). From there, we’ll propose a clear next step, usually one additional direction based on the updated alignment. Any extra rounds beyond the agreed scope are handled as additional work at the hourly rate.

Do you offer payment plans?

Our standard setup is 50% deposit to book your slot, and 50% on completion. If you need to split payments into smaller parts, we can do that, as long as it’s agreed upfront so it doesn’t slow down the sprint.

Will I receive editable files?

Absolutely! We can provide all the files we've worked on in editable formats, ensuring you have everything you need if you ever hire a graphic designer to make changes. To make the process smooth, it’s best to discuss your preferred file formats upfront so we can use the software that suits you best right from the start.

How do we get started?
  1. Book a short intro call (15–20 min) to check fit, scope, and timing.
  2. If it’s a fit, we send a proposal + agreement.
  3. Once the deposit is paid, we send the brief and set the kickoff.
  4. We run the sprint in clear stages with defined feedback windows, so the project stays predictable and doesn’t drag on.
